Problems with Downloadable Purchases Problem: I click on the Download button and the file begins playing on a new window on my computer, but I can't SAVE it. Remedy: If you just click on the Download link, your computer will play the file but not download it. Here is what to do:
If you are using a Mac, please hold down the Control Key while you click on the "Download" button and you will be given a selection of ways to download the file. Choose "Save Link As" and you can save the mp3 file anywhere on your computer. If you are using a Windows PC, hover your onscreen arrow on top of the "Download" button, then click and hold the button on the right side of your mouse. This should bring up a dialog box with choices for you to download. Choose "Save Link As" and you can save the mp3 file anywhere on your computer. _______________________________ Problem: I bought several downloadable files, and some are not showing up in my order list, or I don't know where to find them. Remedy: During checkout, you'll see a screen that shows you your files to download. You can download them then (recommended), or wait until later. If you wait, then you must log in to your Customer Account ( https://www.flowdreaming.com/shop/login.php ) and click on your latest order. You should see a box at the bottom of the page that shows you Download Links. If one of your purchases is missing from this list, please contact us. If you have trouble with a particular download, please let us know and we can reset the download for you. Occasionally, a glitch pops up, and we can fix that when it happens. Audio Samples Problem: I just want to listen to the sample audios on the website or the free Flowdream I received when I signed up for the newsletter, but when I click on it, it won't play.
